Process

  • All jewelry is made from Sterling Silver or 14kt Gold filled components unless otherwise stated in the item description.

    Baby/Toddler bangles - 14 gauge
    Sizes 6-9 - 12 gauge

  • Suggested Bangle Sizing

    Newborn: 0-1 year old
    Toddler: 1-3 years old

    Size 6: 3-5 years old
    Size 6.5: 5-7 years old
    Size 7: 7-9 years old

    Size 7.5: Petite
    Size 8: Average
    Size 8.5: Large
    Size 9: X-large

  • Wrap a piece of string around the widest part of your hand with your thumb folded in. Tape the first end making sure the string is snug (not really tight) and tape where the string meets the end. Mark where they meet and remove from hand. Measure the string in inches to a ruler and round to the nearest whole or half. If you’d like a size close to a quarter size (Example 7.25) please contact me to place a Custom Order.

  • Current Turnaround time is about 2 and a half weeks (Up to 17 business days)

    Turnaround time will depend on your order. Some items are ready-to-ship while others are made at the time of purchase. If your entire order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order will be shipped when the entire order is finished.

Jewelry Care

  • Pink Sandbox jewelry is made to be worn 24/7. All jewelry (unless stated otherwise) is safe to wear in the ocean, at the gym, in the shower, etc. It is safe to wash jewelry with a mild soap (Dawn) and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. Pat down gently with a paper towel or clean cloth.

    I recommend removing jewelry if you will be handling harsh chemicals.

    Personally, I’ve worn my bangles 24/7 and haven’t washed/polished them in a long time and they have not tarnished.

    Turnaround time for Custom Orders can be up to 3 weeks.

Lost, Damaged, Stolen Package

Pink Sandbox is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, you will need to open a claim with your Local Post Office.
